Report a Bug
Spot something broken in the new Housebets beta? Tell us. Bug finds make the platform better for everyone.
We're building Housebets in public, with you. The new beta has a few rough edges and we'd rather hear about them from our sharpest players than discover them at launch.
Find something broken? A button that doesn't fire, a balance that looks wrong, a page that won't load? Report it via support.
Every confirmed bug makes the platform stronger, and beta testers who help shape it earn their place at the table and will not be forgotten.
How It Works
Step 1: Find Something Off
Play, click around, push the edges. If something behaves badly, broken, or just plain weird it's probably a bug worth reporting.
Step 2: Send It In
At any time you can go ahead and message the support team. Screenshots, device, browser type, what you were doing, the more detail, the faster we fix it.
Step 3: We Ship the Fix
The support team categorise and pass you report to our engineering team who then reproduce, validate, and fix.
Build It With Us
Beta is the window where every report has the most impact. The players who help us catch what's broken now are the ones who get to say they helped build the house.
Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a bug?
Anything that's not working as it should, or as you think it should, broken buttons, wrong balances, layout issues, errors, slow loads. Cosmetic stuff counts too.
Can I report the same bug twice?
If you've already reported it once, that should be enough, but if you've been informed it's been fixed, or you think something still isn't quite right, get in touch with support. If you're thinking "someone else has seen this, they're probably working on it" Still get in touch, we might have missed something.
How detailed should I go?
Try and be as detailed as possible, things like what browser you were using, the device you were on, what you were doing, how many time you clicked a button and it broke, whatever it may be, every detail helps, so aim to be as accurate and descriptive as you can in your bug reports. Oh and screenshots too!
Why bother reporting?
Beta exists because Housebets is being built in the open. Players who care about the platform tell us when something's wrong we fix it. Its how you make a casino that people want to use, and shape the future of all those that come after you.
