Step 1: Pitch It
What would make Housebets better? A new game, a UX shortcut, a community feature, if it'd make you enjoy Housebets more, we want to hear about it.
Step 2: We Review
Every single request goes to the product team. Once reviewed, it might already be in flight, we might park it for now, or we might consider it a priority and publish ASAP, each request is reviewed on a case by case basis.
Step 3: We Ship It
Once your request is reviewed by our team, we'll get it in motion, or maybe it already is. Either way, it won't be ignored, and you get to make a permanent impact on Housebets.

Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a feature request?
Anything new, we'll be adding games throughout this beta phase, but if you're still not seeing your favourite, maybe we missed it. Any tools, UX improvements, or community features. If it's not a bug fix, it's a feature.
What if someone already suggested it?
That's ok! Your request might have a different take, or be slightly different, so we very much encourage you to still submit, maybe it's a different version of the same game or a different opinion of a feature that you're backing up. Each request is reviewed independently so go ahead and submit it anyway.
What if you ship something similar but not exactly what I asked for?
We'll make a fair call. If your idea was the catalyst, you get the credit. We're not in the business of dodging credit.
How long does it take to know if you're shipping it?
User feature requests are reviewed daily. Shipping timelines depend on the feature, some go in fast, some take a roadmap slot. It's different for every request, but we aim to get them deployed as fast as possible.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Account Standing
Account Status: You must have a registered Housebets account that is not in violation of our Terms of Service.
Good Standing: Participants must have an account in good standing. Accounts currently under restriction, timeout, or self-exclusion are not eligible.
Beta Access: This programme is open to players who have been granted access to the Housebets beta environment.
2. Submissions & Attribution
Attribution: Where multiple players submit similar requests, attribution is determined by the timestamp of the earliest submission. Housebets's decision on attribution is final.
IP Ownership: By submitting a feature request, you grant Housebets a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the idea. Housebets is not obligated to ship any submitted feature.
Public Acknowledgement: Where features are shipped based on a player submission, Housebets may acknowledge the contributor publicly (e.g. on the changelog or release notes), subject to the player's consent.
3. Disqualification & Fraud
Zero Tolerance: Submissions will be voided if the submitter is found engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or multi-accounting.
Spam: Mass-submission of low-quality or duplicate requests will result in disqualification from this programme.
4. Rights of Modification
Programme Adjustments: Housebets reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend this programme where it becomes necessary to do so, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Interpretation: Housebets reserves the right to interpret the terms of this programme as it sees fit. Our decision is final and binding.
5. Regional Restrictions
Restricted Jurisdictions: Users from restricted countries or regions (as defined in the Housebets Terms of Service) are not eligible to participate. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their participation is legal in their jurisdiction.
