Check out Housebets predictions for the football games in some of Europe’s biggest leagues this weekend.
In the immortal words of James Bond, the weekend is here, and it is set to be an exciting one, thanks to the many football games on offer.
This is the penultimate weekend before the domestic season ends across all of Europe’s top leagues, so expect plenty of drama.
In Germany, the final round of games takes place this weekend, with the final spot for UCL qualification still to be decided. Meanwhile, in Spain and England, the penultimate round is this weekend, with a lot to play for ahead of next week’s final round.
This weekend is also the FA Cup final in England, with Chelsea and Manchester City set to slug it out for the oldest trophy in the world.
All these games are available to bet on at Housebets, including the FA Cup final. To place your bets on the football games set for this weekend, log in to your account (or create one if you don't already have one), deposit your preferred cryptocurrency, and go to the sports section to bet on these games and our picks.
With that said, here are our picks for this weekend.

Our Pick: Over 2.5 goals
The battle for fourth spot is on the line as Aston Villa host Liverpool in a Premier League clash at Villa Park on Friday.
Ideally, the stakes would have been higher in any other season, but with both teams virtually guaranteed of a Champions League spot next season, this will be just another regular league game.
Villa currently sit in fifth place, four points ahead of Bournemouth, with just two games left, including this weekend’s game. With the fifth spot in England guaranteed for a spot in the UCL next season, Unai Emery’s men know two points from their final two games should do the magic.
However, the problem facing Emery going into the clash against Liverpool is that he cannot afford to name a strong lineup, considering the Villans have a massive Europa League final against Freiburg coming up next Wednesday.
Knowing a win in the Europa League final will also secure UCL football, Emery will likely be tempted to field a second-string side.
Whatever happens, though, Emery’s men will still have their destiny in their hands, even if they lose on Friday night. Liverpool will be happy for Emery to field a weak side, though, as they also need a win to mathematically secure Champions League football.
The Reds are currently joint-level on points with Villa, but sit in fourth due to a better goal difference. They come into this game following a 1-1 draw against Chelsea last weekend, but know they cannot afford to slip up in their final two games.
With Bournemouth only four points behind, Liverpool need a win in one of their two games to seal Champions League qualification.
They come into this match in good form, having won three of their last five league games. In addition, they have been solid against Villa, losing just one of their last 16 league meetings.
Normally, this should be a slam-dunk Liverpool win, considering Villa’s mind will be on Wednesday’s game. However, given Arne Slot's men’s inconsistency this year, this has the potential to be an end-to-end affair, which is why we are backing over 2.5 goals at 1.55.

Our Pick: Man City to win either half
Chelsea face Manchester City in this year’s FA Cup final, with both teams aiming to end a largely unsuccessful season with a trophy.
For Chelsea, this has been a disastrous campaign for the side, with two managers losing their jobs for it. The Blues currently sit in ninth position and will certainly miss the Champions League next season, despite amassing a squad worth over £1 billion.
This was not their objective coming into this season, but they have just not been up for the challenges. However, an FA Cup win could at least give them something to celebrate this season.
The problem, though, is that Chelsea come into this game without a win in their last seven games, losing six consecutive league games before playing a 1-1 draw against Liverpool last weekend.
They also face a Man City side that will be eager to at least end the season with a domestic double, having already won the EFL Cup this season.
While the Cityzens do not have the same problems as Chelsea, they would have hoped for more than a domestic double when the season began.
They were knocked out of the UCL by Real Madrid and are likely to lose the league title to Arsenal unless either Burnley or Crystal Palace does them a favour.
Although Pep Guardiola’s men still have a slim hope of wresting the title away from Arsenal, it looks unlikely after Arsenal’s win over West Ham last Sunday.
This makes the FA Cup final a bigger clash than it should be for City. The Cityzens will feel confident in their chances, though, as they are unbeaten in their last 13 games against Chelsea in all competitions (W10, D3).
However, while City will be confident, they have lost their last two FA Cup finals, having reached the final of the last three coming into this one.
But with a chance to win a domestic double at stake, we fancy City to at least win one half, which is priced at 1.35.
Our Pick: Bayer Leverkusen win
The battle for the final UCL qualification spot in the Bundesliga will be interesting to watch this weekend, which is why our next three picks focus on the teams involved.
Bayer Leverkusen will hope for luck to shine in their favour as they take on Hamburg at the Bay Arena. The factory workers have an outside chance of getting fourth but will need to beat Hamburg convincingly and also hope results go in their favour.
Kasper Hjulmand’s men are currently sixth, three points behind Stuttgart and Hoffenheim, who both occupy fourth and fifth, respectively.
Leverkusen find themselves in this position due to their own fault, as they lost a direct battle against Stuttgart last weekend. That result allowed Stuttgart to pull three points clear ahead going into the final day.
While they do not control their fate, Leverkusen still need to do their job against a Hamburg side with nothing to fight for. Merlin Polzin’s men already secured their top-flight status after beating Eintracht Frankfurt and Freiburg in consecutive games.
HSV will still want to derail Leverkusen’s ambitions, though. However, considering they have won just one of their last eight games against Leverkusen, it seems like an impossible challenge for the away side.
A Leverkusen win is all that matters here, which is why we're backing the home side at 1.27 for the win.
Our Pick: Over 2.5 goals or Hoffenheim win
Hoffenheim will also be eyeing the final Champions League spot when they travel to Borussia-Park to take on Mönchengladbach.
However, unlike Leverkusen, Hoffenheim’s situation is simple. They just need to win here and hope Stuttgart drop points in their clash.
The two sides are level on points in fourth and fifth, respectively, but Hoffenheim have an inferior goal difference, meaning they must better Stuttgart’s goal tally even if they win on Saturday.
Die Kraichgauer beat Werder Bremen 1-0 last weekend but will be eager to get a bigger scoreline on Saturday. It is not out of reach, though, as they face a Mönchengladbach side with nothing but pride to play for.
The Foals are safe from relegation and are not fighting for a place in Europe. They also lost 3-1 to Augsburg in their last match and have just one win in their last four league games.
Eugen Polanski’s men are, however, unbeaten in their last six home games (W3, D3), so they will be itching to put on a show in front of their fans for one last time this season.
We expect Hoffenheim to be aggressive, though, which is why we are backing them to win at 1.68 or over 2.5 goals at 1.35.
Our Pick: Stuttgart vs over 2.5 goals
Frankfurt’s clash against Stuttgart is the most interesting of all the matches involving the teams fighting for UCL qualification.
While Frankfurt are out of Champions League qualification, the Eagles still have a chance of qualifying for the Europa Conference League, as they are only one point behind Freiburg.
The good news for them is that they have a high chance of getting the seventh spot, as Breisgau-Brasilianer have a Europa League final date against Villa next Wednesday.
However, Albert Riera’s men will need to improve on recent displays, having won just one of their last seven league games (D2, L4).
The problem for Riera’s men, though, is that they face a Stuttgart side with everything to play for. Die Roten are currently in a three-team battle for the fourth spot, where they currently occupy.
Sebastian Hoeneß’s men beat Leverkusen 3-1 to take control of their destiny. However, with Hoffenheim lurking, Stuttgart cannot afford to drop points on the final day.
Both teams are currently level on the same points, but Die Roten have a superior goal difference of plus five.
This means Stuttgart just need to match the result of Hoffenheim to secure Champions League football next season. However, they will need to deliver a strong away performance, as Hoeneß’s men have won just six of their away league games this season.
On the flip side, though, they are the second-highest scorers in the Bundesliga this season with 69 goals. Stuttgart will also be buoyed by the fact that the Eagles have lost their last two home games.
This is a tricky match to call because of what is at stake for both teams, but there should be goals, which is why we are backing over 2.5 goals at 1.30.
