Our Pick: PSG Win or Over 2.5 goals
These two teams will reignite their rivalry after meeting in the Champions League play-off rounds a few weeks ago.
On that occasion, it was Paris Saint-Germain that progressed across two legs, beating Monaco 3-2 away from home before playing a 2-2 draw at home.
The stakes are different in this weekend’s clash, though, as PSG are seeking a win that will keep their spot as Ligue 1 leaders.
Luis Enrique’s men are currently four points clear at the top and could extend their lead to seven with a win on Friday night.
Although they are currently the European champions, defending their Ligue 1 title looks like the realistic option for the Parisians.
What makes this tie tricky for PSG, however, is that they have a huge Champions League game against Chelsea next weekend.
Nonetheless, irrespective of the team they put out on Friday night, PSG will go into the clash knowing they are unbeaten in six straight home meetings against Monaco.
Les Monegasque will try to make it a game, though, knowing they held their own across two legs in the Champions League.
Monaco are currently eight points behind Lyon in the final Champions League spot in France but are still in contention to qualify for Europe after beating Angers 2-0 last weekend.
Sebastien Pocognoli’s men are currently in fine form in Ligue 1, winning four of their last six games (D2). For this reason, they will go into this match full of confidence, knowing they also beat them in the reverse fixture.
Despite their fine form, we still fancy PSG to win this game, and we expect an entertaining match with at least three goals.
Enrique’s men are priced at 1.35 to win this match, while over 2.5 goals is priced at 1.29.
Our Pick: Over 2.5 goals or Liverpool win
Wolves and Liverpool run it back again for the second time in three days after both teams met in the Premier League on Tuesday.
In that clash, Rob Edwards’ men secured a stunning 2-1 win over the Reds, thanks to Andre’s late winner.
The side from Molineux will now be looking to build on that win and claim another scalp for the second time in three days against the same opponent.
It has been a disastrous campaign for Wolves, with the team not securing its first league win of the season until the turn of the year.
But since they beat West Ham for their first league win, Wolves seem to have found a new life, even though it is unlikely to keep them safe from the drop.
The win over Liverpool was their second consecutive league win after beating Aston Villa last Friday night.
They have also enjoyed success in the FA Cup this year, beating Shrewsbury Town (6-1) and Grimsby Town (1-0) to reach the FA Cup fifth round.
Liverpool might look like a step too far for them, but considering they beat them on Tuesday night, they will definitely fancy their chances in a competition known for its giant-killing.
If Wolves have struggled all through the season, Liverpool have not done well, either. The Reds were tipped to compete for the Premier League title at the beginning of the season, but they found themselves fighting for Champions League qualification.
That defeat against Wolves dealt a huge blow to their qualification hopes, but they have the chance for immediate revenge on Friday night.
The Reds do not have the luxury of taking the game lightly because the FA Cup is their realistic chance of winning silverware this season. Although they are still in the Champions League, they will probably need to beat some of Europe’s best to win a sixth title.
This is why the game against Rob Edwards’ men is important. With Liverpool this season, you never know what you are going to get from them.
However, they still possess the tools to hurt Wolves, which is why we are backing them at 1.49 to win this game. We also fancy a lot of goals in this one, so you can back over 2.5 goals at 1.54 as another option.
Our Pick: Napoli Win
Napoli’s title defence has not gone according to plan. The Neapolitans are 14 points behind leaders Inter Milan ahead of their clash against Torino on Friday.
In addition, Antonio Conte once again struggled in Europe as the Serie A champions had a Champions League campaign to forget after crashing out in the league stage.
However, the good news for Napoli is that, despite their disappointing season, they can still salvage what is left by qualifying for the Champions League next season.
They are in the driving seat right now, as they sit in third place in Serie A. However, they cannot afford to drop points, which is why a win against Torino is non-negotiable.
Their recent form in the league has been a mixed bag. Conte’s men come into this game on the back of a 2-1 win over Hellas Verona, but before then, they lost 3-0 at Atalanta.
Although they have won three of their last six league games, they have also lost two in the same time frame.
With Juventus, Roma and Como also in the mix for Champions League qualification, this is a must-win game for Conte’s men. History says they will win, as they are unbeaten in their last 17 home league games on Friday nights and have also lost just one of their last 17 matches against Torino at the Maradona.
However, Torino did win the reverse fixture and will be looking to do the double over Napoli for the first time since 2009.
Like Napoli, it has not been an enjoyable campaign for Il Toro. They currently sit in 14th place but are only six points above the relegation zone.
They have also won just two of their last six league games (L3), but they did beat Lazio in their last match.
This is a difficult match for D'Aversa’s men, as they have only picked up one point from their last four trips to Naples.
It is hard to see anything other than a Napoli win here, which is currently priced at 1.45
Our Pick: Juventus Win
Like Napoli, it has been a season to forget for Juventus – even worse. While Napoli currently occupy Champions League spots, Juventus are currently outside the top four.
They are also out of the Champions League after losing to Galatasaray and out of the Coppa Italia.
The only thing left for them to fight for this season is Champions League qualification, but they are currently outsiders in the race.
However, the good news for them is that they are still in the race, as they are only four points behind Roma in fourth place.
If Juventus want to qualify for the Champions League, though, they need to start winning, starting with the game against Pisa on Saturday.
The Old Lady are currently on a poor run of form, having won just one of their last four games in all competitions (L3). They played a 3-3 draw against Roma last weekend, coming back from 3-1.
While that is impressive, Luciano Spalletti had lost 2-0 at home to Como two weeks ago. They have not won a league since the beginning of February, which is not ideal for a team with Champions League qualification hopes.
Nonetheless, they have a winnable game on paper against Pisa this weekend. Pisa are destined for the drop, as they sit in 19th place, nine points from safety.
They are currently winless in 16 league games (D6, L10) and lost to Bologna 1-0 in their last match. In addition, they are also winless in 15 league games against Juventus (L11, D4).
This is the perfect time to play I Nerrazzurri, which is why it makes sense to back a Juventus win, which is priced at 1.24.

Our pick: Over 2.5 goals or Barcelona Win
Athletic Bilbao will be wondering where it went wrong for them this season as they take on Barcelona on Saturday night.
The Lions have failed to replicate the performance of last season, which saw them qualify for the Champions League.
It has been a disappointing campaign so far, crashing out of the Champions League in the league stage while sitting in ninth place in the league.
They were also knocked out of the Copa del Rey on Wednesday by Real Sociedad, leaving them with no chance of silverware this season.
Nonetheless, they will still want to play for pride against Barcelona, even though their chances of qualifying for the Champions League are all but over.
Ernesto Valverde’s men are currently 18 points behind Villarreal in fourth place but have picked up ten points from their last four games ahead of their clash against Barca.
However, the problem for the side from the Basque region is that they have lost their five games in all competitions against the Catalan giants, who also have the best away record in the league this season.
Barca might have crashed out of the Copa del Rey on Tuesday, but Hansi Flick’s men will be proud of their performance against Atletico Madrid, despite falling short.
Having lost the first leg of their semifinal clash 4-0, the Catalan giants were unable to complete the comeback despite winning 3-0.
But the performance of the team must have made Flick proud and will also give them confidence as they chase the league title and the Champions League.
With Real Madrid looking out of sorts, Barcelona could go seven points clear with a win on Saturday, should Madrid suffer another defeat at Celta Vigo on Friday night.
Nonetheless, irrespective of what happens this weekend, Barcelona will end the week as leaders, as they are currently four points clear at the top.
Still, Barcelona will know that they cannot afford to drop points, considering how things change quickly in a title race. Flick’s men are the favourites for this game, and it is hard not to back them.
They have not lost a league game to Bilbao since 2019 and have won five of their last six league games (L1).
A Barca win is the logical option here, but you can also go for over 2.5 goals, which is priced at 1.45.
