Housebets.com is owned and operated by Bridge Technologies B.V., registered address Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25, Willemstad, Curaçao, Chamber of Commerce number 160264(0). Housebets is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority ("CGA") under licence number OGL/2024/431/0231, issued in 2024. Some payment processing may be handled by Bridge Technologies (Cyprus) Limited (HE 440847) or other licensed payment agents. By registering you enter into a legally binding agreement with Bridge Technologies B.V. and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, AML Policy, KYC Policy, Crypto Policy, Sports Rules, and all product-specific rules. These Terms come into force as soon as you complete registration.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — affecting your rights, obligations, or financial entitlements — require your active re-acceptance before you may continue using the platform. Notifications of any change will reference the specific clauses affected, the effective date, and include a direct link to the updated Terms. Non-material updates (contact detail corrections, typographical fixes) may be notified passively. All amendments are not retrospective. The English version prevails over any translation.
If you do not accept material changes to these Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any available balance — the consequences of rejecting amended Terms will be set out in each notification. A historical archive of all versions of these Terms (from 24 December 2024, the date the LOK was enacted) is maintained and previous versions are available on request at [email protected].
You must personally register — third-party registration is prohibited. You must be 18 or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and must not be in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Only one account per player is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances frozen. Notify us at [email protected] if you discover you have more than one account.
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials and linked wallet keys. Enable multi-factor authentication. Never attempt to access or impersonate another player's account — this is a serious breach and will be reported to law enforcement.
By using the Services you represent and warrant on an ongoing basis that:
Housebets monitors, logs, and records all chat and messaging activity on the platform to detect and prevent collusion, fraud, and unacceptable behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we may restrict communication access, suspend the account, void related winnings, and report the player to relevant authorities. Our Community Code of Conduct, which governs acceptable behaviour across all platform communication channels, is available at housebets.com/conduct.
The Services are not available to persons in or citizens of: United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Netherlands (including Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten), Germany, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Singapore, Cayman Islands, any jurisdiction subject to US/EU/UN sanctions, or any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
VPN Policy: Housebets does not prohibit VPNs for general privacy. However, using a VPN specifically to circumvent Prohibited Jurisdiction restrictions or misrepresent your location is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Housebets warrants it will manage player funds securely and handle personal data in accordance with applicable law. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Housebets is not a bank or financial institution — no interest accrues on funds held in your Player Account.
We may close or suspend your account if we suspect fraud, collusion, or illegal activity; you breach these Terms; you fail to complete KYC; we are requested to by law enforcement or a regulator; or we have responsible gaming concerns. We will inform you of the process to withdraw any remaining balance on closure.
Player-initiated closure: contact [email protected] or use the account closure function. We acknowledge within 24 hours. Dormant accounts (no activity for 12 months) are subject to a USD 10/month maintenance fee after 14 days' notice. Accounts inactive for 36 months may be closed.
Bets are only valid once confirmed with a unique transaction ID. The Housebets transaction log is the definitive record in the event of any dispute. We reserve the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, on suspended markets, or in breach of these Terms.
We will not be liable if you attempt to obtain advantage from any platform errors (erroneous odds, incorrect settlement, RNG errors) while acting in bad faith. We reserve the right to void affected bets and correct settlements at any time.
In the event of any breach, we may terminate your account, void bets, withhold funds, take legal action, and report your activity to authorities. You agree to fully indemnify Housebets and its shareholders, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Housebets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total funds deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant event. Specifically, Housebets accepts no liability for losses arising from: technical failure or server downtime; unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security; or human error by live dealers — provided that such errors are identified and resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules. In the event of a technical failure affecting an active game, unsettled rounds will typically be voided and stakes returned unless the outcome was already definitively determined.
All rights in the Housebets platform — software, branding, graphics, and content — are owned by or licensed to Housebets or its providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for personal recreational use only.
All casino games using a Random Number Generator (RNG) are tested and certified by accredited independent testing laboratories — outcomes cannot be influenced by Housebets or any third party. Certification details are at housebets.com/fairness.
Housebets original house games are provably fair — each outcome is generated from a combination of a server-side seed, a player-controlled client-side seed, and a cryptographic nonce, which players may independently verify in-game.
For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by the physical actions of human dealers and are subject to the specific game rules displayed in each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between results displayed on your device and the official server record, the server record prevails. Human dealer errors will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules; disputed rounds must be reported within 7 days.
For sportsbook markets, results are determined by official governing body data as delivered via our BETBY data feed. In the event of a data discrepancy, the official governing body result shall prevail. Full settlement rules are at housebets.com/sports-rules.
All bets are placed in the specific cryptocurrency or currency selected at the time of wagering. Winnings are credited in the same currency or cryptocurrency used to place the bet. Any fiat currency equivalents displayed on the platform are for indicative reference only and are not a commitment to pay in fiat. Bonus funds, free spins credits, and other non-cashable promotional credits cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fully met, as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
We reserve the right to withhold, void, or confiscate winnings where: these Terms have been breached; fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse is suspected; winnings arose from clearly erroneous odds or a technical error; or retention is required by law or regulatory order. You will be notified where possible and may contest any withholding through our Disputes process.
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Services, please contact our Customer
Support Team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all issues promptly, fairly, and
transparently, and to settle the majority of complaints at this stage.
If your matter is not resolved through Customer Support, you may submit a formal complaint to

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaints procedure under Clauses 14.1 to 14.3, or if you have not received a final response within the timeframes
set out above, you have the right to escalate your complaint to our independent Alternative
Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, free of charge.
Bridge Technologies B.V. has engaged Resolvo as its Alternative Dispute Resolution provider,
as required by the terms of its Curaçao licence. Resolvo is independent from Housebets and
its decisions on disputes are reached impartially.
To lodge a dispute with Resolvo, the player must submit the following information via Resolvo's online form at www.resolvocuracao.com:
Nothing in this Clause 13 restricts your right to refer your complaint to the Curaçao Gaming
Authority (CGA) or to seek any other remedy available to you under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao in accordance with Article 5.5 of the LOK. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Housebets and supersede all prior agreements.
